Matt Bolian is the co-founder of Supered, where he helps mid-market revenue teams turn the sales process they wrote into the process every rep runs inside HubSpot and Salesforce. He started Supered out of the gap he kept hitting while running a HubSpot consultancy: teams bought strong tools and wrote good playbooks, then watched adoption stall the moment onboarding ended. He writes about sales enablement, behavior change, and closing the distance between strategy and rep execution.
Matt works with founders, RevOps leads, and sales enablement teams who have already written the playbook and still watch reps drift back to old habits. His view is that in 2026 knowledge is solved; any rep can find the doc in seconds. Behavior is the unsolved problem: getting the documented process to reach the rep in the moment of the work, on the call and in the CRM, every time, without a manager standing over anyone.
