What is included in every plan? +
Every plan includes unlimited Action Plans, unlimited Embedded Triggers, unlimited Knowledge Cards, unlimited Step-by-Step Guides, HubSpot and Salesforce connectors, In-App Pop-Ups, and the Edge/Chrome extension. Plans differ on Process Rule count, Process Board count, advanced admin controls, and white-labeling.
How does the seat pricing work? +
Every plan is priced as a bundle of 5 seats with a flat overage per additional seat. Starter is +$13.50/mo per extra seat (yearly), Scale is +$27/mo, and Pro is +$40/mo. Yearly billing is the default and saves roughly 10% versus monthly.
What if my team grows past the included 5 seats? +
You add seats. Per-seat overage is published above on every tier. We do not gate seat additions behind a sales call.
Can we move between plans? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Cancel any time too. Most teams start on Scale and stay there. A few graduate to Pro when they roll Supered out to a second or third team (CS, partners, account management).
